Irish mixed martial artist (MMA) Conor McGregor commented on the harassment allegations on Twitter and deleted the post. TalkSport reports.
“I can't do that, I'm just crushed. I try to stay strong for the sake of my children and the people who support me, ”he wrote to one of the users. McGregor also asked not to persecute him.
On September 14, details of McGregor's harassment became known. It was reported that the athlete, while vacationing in Corsica, bared himself in front of a girl heading to the toilet.
On September 12, the Corsican police detained an Irish fighter. He was released after interrogation. The fighter denies all accusations against him. McGregor is resting with his fiancée Dee Devlin.
The Irishman announced his retirement from mixed martial arts in June. The athlete has already made such a statement three times, but each time he changed his mind. McGregor is best known for his performances in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is a former UFC champion in two weight divisions.
