“I think all this excitement will subside and people will understand that they have to pay anyway. We are not such a wealthy state to pay for PCR tests for everyone, ”said Inna Rey, President of the Association of Tour Operators of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tourists who want to go on vacation on their own will have to go to the clinic themselves, where they can get tested for coronavirus. According to the chief physician, the quarantine can be lifted when collective immunity is formed in the country. Approximately 50% of the population of the republic should be vaccinated. This is more than 9.5 million people. So far, 100 thousand Kazakhstanis have been vaccinated.
