Loki
Marvel Studios have confirmed rumors about the bisexuality of the character Loki from the series of the same name. The show's director Keith Herron posted on her Twitter account about the hero's orientation.
She posted footage from the new series of the project, in which Loki communicates with his alternative version – Sylvia. She asks him if he has an interest in any prince or princess. “A little bit of everyone. I think that's the same for you, ”the character replies.
Herron noted that it was important for her to demonstrate Loki's orientation. “It's part of who he is and who I am. I know that this is a small step, but I am happy that now it is a canon, ”she wrote.
Earlier in June, it became known that Loki Lafeison turned out to be a gender fluid, which means that his gender identity is not permanent. The teaser for the series showed the dossier on the character. In it you can see that in the “floor” column it says “fluid”. This may indicate not the gender identity of the hero, but the fact that, according to mythology, the god of mischief and deception is able to transform not only into a woman or a man, but also into an animal. Regardless, Marvel fans believe that the show's creators did imply that Loki defines himself as a gender fluid.
