The Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate (MADI) announced the cancellation of the fine to the driver who received him for being in a traffic jam. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the department.

“Several days ago we have already contacted the motorist – the fine was canceled. Employees checking photographic materials from cameras must be extremely careful and observe a special daily routine in order to avoid mistakes despite the large flow of information. The employee will be subject to a service check. We are taking all measures to prevent such cases from arising, “- said in MADI.

Earlier, the Autonews portal reported that a motorist in Moscow received a fine from a camera of three thousand rubles for standing in a traffic jam. According to them, this is not the first such case in the capital. However, the authorities promptly react to such errors and in most cases cancel the imposed fines.

The Telegram channel “Moscow Deptrans”, in turn, said that if they disagree with the fine, go to the electronic reception of the capital's government and choose who to send the complaint to. Next, you should indicate the number of the order and the reason for canceling the fine.

Earlier in Russia they found a way to deal with traffic jams. The Association of Transport Engineers proposed to change the current GOST and allow the combined movement of cars and pedestrians turning to the right in the same traffic light phase, regardless of the traffic intensity at intersections.
