French President Emmanuel Macron has promised to speed up the deployment of the French military in Romania. TASS writes about it.
According to the politician, France will continue to fully fulfill its obligations to ensure the security of its NATO allies. “A new contingent will be sent to Estonia, and the deployment of military personnel in Romania will also be accelerated,” the French leader said.
Earlier, Macron said that Paris would impose its own sanctions against Russia after the European Union. According to him, the restrictions of Paris will affect a number of Russian citizens. He added that sanctions against Russia would be announced later.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to conduct a special military operation to protect Donbass. He announced this during an appeal to fellow citizens.
