The self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, in an interview with Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov, said that in the event of war, the Ukrainian army would be defeated in 3-4 days, since it would not receive any support from the West.
This became known from the published fragments of the conversation on the YouTube channel “Solovyov Live”.
“Ukraine will never fight with us. This war will last a maximum of three or four days. There will be no one there to fight against us”” Lukashenko said, in particular.
He also expressed his conviction that it will not come to an armed conflict, since no one wants to give up peaceful life and endure military hardships.
In addition, according to Lukashenko, NATO countries will not dare to resist the military might of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which “proved itself” during the recent protests in Kazakhstan.
“As long as they [the US] deploy there and send some troops here, we will already be standing by the English Channel,” the Belarusian dictator threatened.
Earlier, Lukashenka stated the need to increase the “peacekeeping” potential of the CSTO. He explained this by the fact that the countries in the Organization may face new challenges. This military-political international organization includes Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
