The main task of PMCs is to attract them to counter the opposition in Belarus.
Belarus is creating its own private military company based on Russian mercenaries “Wagnerites” – PMC “GardService”.
The Center for National Resistance reports this.
“To all “Wagnerites” in Belarus, who did not want to sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry and go to war in Ukraine, were offered to join Lukashenka’s GardService PMC, says the center’s website.
It is noted that GardService fighters are training in Marina Gorka, Minsk region, on the basis of the former special training center “Dynamo”. The main task of PMCs is to attract them to counter the opposition in the event of an unfavorable political scenario for Lukashenko.
They remind that “GardService” was created by a special decree of Lukashenko in 2019 and constantly cooperates with terrorists from the Wagner PMC.
As the Gayun monitoring group previously reported, more than half of the Wagner camp was dismantled in Belarus.
