Lukashenka signed a decree on the convocation of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly
The All-Belarusian People's Assembly will open on February 11 and will last two days. This was announced today during a meeting in Minsk, MIR 24 reports.
Alexander Lukashenko called the next congress the most important event in the history of the country. The meeting will determine the vector of development of Belarus for the next five years. The election of delegates will begin tomorrow. The President stressed: these must be people representing all segments of the population.
“All the innovations that we will offer should serve one goal – our people, the well-being of people. There should be no decisions to please foreign “advisers” and their local adherents. It is necessary to build both the concept of the main report and its discussion around these main postulates. Our vision and proposals to the meeting participants should be as specific as possible, reflecting the real problems and aspirations of people. There is no need for theories divorced from life. We need an answer to the existing demands of society, ”the Belarusian leader said.
