The speaker of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that Putin and Lukashenko would decide this themselves.

President of the aggressor country Vladimir Putin will be in the situational center of the Russian Defense Ministry during the next exercises in Russia. It is likely that the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will also join him.

This was reported by the Russian “Interfax” with reference to Putin's representative Dmitry Peskov.

So, commenting on Lukashenka's statement that he plans to attend military exercises with Putin, Peskova said that Putin and Lukashenka would decide this themselves.

“If they decide to be together there, then they will be together there. But this will depend on the decision of the heads of state,” Peskov said.

According to him, such exercises “do not cause any fears in other countries”, they say, Russia warns about them in advance.

“The exercise and training launches of ballistic missiles is a fairly regular training process. It is preceded by a whole series of messages from different countries through different channels, all this is clearly regulated, and this does not raise any questions or concerns for anyone,” Peskov said.

Recall, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on February 18 began negotiations in the Kremlin. This is their first face-to-face meeting this year, the last time they saw each other was in St. Petersburg last December.
