One of the suspects fled to Russia.

On Wednesday, December 22, self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the Belarusian security forces prevented an attempt to commit a series of terrorist attacks.

This was reported by the Belarusian state agency BelTA.

According to Lukashenko, they tried to commit terrorist attacks against government officials, including the number of prosecutors and judges. He did not specify exactly how they tried to harm them, noting only that seven people were detained on the day of December 21 and at night on December 22.

He also noted that some of the “terrorists” were observed by the security forces for a long time on camera when they “do it”.

One suspect was put on the wanted list, according to preliminary information he left for the Russian Federation. “He seems to have fled to Russia. But they will bring him to us there, “Lukashenko said.

Talking about the attempted terrorist attacks, the Belarusian leader roughly described what actions he had in mind.

” These crimes are supposedly surreptitiously: somewhere he wrote something, somewhere a BCHB-shny flag pasted, something else, a badge … These are terrorist aspirations, “Alexander Lukashenko noted.

Let us remind you that earlier in Belarus the owner of a house painted in national white-red-white colors was arrested for 25 days.
