Lukashenka advised to use telephones with buttons because of surveillance

The United States monitors smartphone users, which is why smart people buy push-button mobile phones. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, speaking at the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, RBC correspondent reports.

“I'm not talking about the twelfth smartphones and iPhones, for God's sake, call. You want the Americans to track you every minute where you are and that you are soaring on these iPhones. Buy if you don't hear what I am telling you, ”Lukashenka said.

According to him, “smart people have been looking for push-button phones for a long time.”

The All-Belarusian People's Assembly began in Minsk on February 11. It is dedicated to the upcoming changes in the Constitution of the republic, reforms, referendum and elections. The meeting opened with a four-hour speech by Lukashenka. He spoke about the need to strengthen the power block, increase the efficiency of public administration, increase the salaries of doctors and teachers, the phased introduction of a funded pension system, housing and road construction.
