The subsidiaries Swiss, Brussels and Cargo have new bosses. All three were already active in the concert.
The German AUA parent company Lufthansa has filled the top jobs at three of its airlines with its own staff.
According to a statement on Wednesday, the previous head of Brussels Airlines, Dieter Vranckx, will head Swiss. The 47-year-old has a Belgian and a Swiss passport. He will succeed Thomas Klühr, who is leaving Swiss at the end of the year for health reasons.
Vranckx's successor in Brussels is to be the previous head of Lufthansa Cargo, Peter Gerber, on March 1st. The approval of the Supervisory Board is still pending.
The 57-year-old is currently President of the Federal Association of the German Aviation Industry (BDL) and is also supposed to represent the Lufthansa Group politically in the European Union.
At the helm of the recently very successful freight subsidiary Lufthansa Cargo, he is followed by Dorothea von Boxberg, who has been Head of Sales to date.
The 46-year-old will be the second airline boss in the history of Lufthansa. Former Brussels boss Christina Foerster has meanwhile moved to the group board.
