Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the aggression amounted to more than 5.3 thousand people killed and wounded.
– For 4 days, the loss of Russian invaders killed and wounded amounted to more than 5.3 thousand people. Hundreds of soldiers and officers of the enemy were in our captivity,” the minister said on his Facebook page.
He noted that many of the captured soldiers are very young, but the Kremlin turns them into criminals and makes them murderers.
– Some of them were deceived, some were zombified by propaganda or intimidated. In general, it can be seen that the motivation of most invaders is low. It becomes very scarce when they face the resistance of our heroic defenders and defenders. And they feel the power of Ukrainian weapons. When they see that no one meets them with flowers. On the contrary, he calls them fascists and demands to leave! – said the minister.
Reznikov emphasized that human life is the highest value for Ukraine. And therefore, in order to save the lives of Ukrainians, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine supported the initiative of the international IT community.
– She is very simple. We offer Russian soldiers a choice: to die in an unjust war or receive a full amnesty and 5 million rubles in compensation. If they lay down their arms and voluntarily surrender. Funds for the action are collected by the leaders of the global IT industry. We offer the Russian military to start a new life. Anyone who refuses to be an occupier will bring peace closer. For those who choose the path of the occupier, there will be no mercy! Glory to Ukraine! – wrote the head of the Ministry of Defense.
