Service providers in particular are doing badly

In France, economic sentiment has slipped to a five-month low due to the new lockdown. The barometer for the business climate fell in November to 79 points from 92 points in the previous month, as the Insee statistics office announced. The service providers in particular are currently suffering from the consequences of the corona crisis, while the industry is getting off a bit more lightly.

France is badly affected by the virus pandemic and again imposed massive restrictions at the end of October. Since the number of new infections has recently improved somewhat, it is expected that President Emmanuel Macron will announce some easing in the evening.
