She is the daughter of the oligarch Andrey Skoch, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from United Russia and an ally of Vladimir Putin. Both father and daughter are under US sanctions. However, this does not prevent her from bathing in luxury, traveling the world and enjoying European resorts.
