In the Kharkov region, a 38-year-old woman killed her boyfriend's brother, because he & # 8220; interfered & # 8221; them to live together.
The incident took place in the village of Litvinovo, Bohodukhiv district. In the afternoon of December 19, the woman had another everyday conflict with her lover's brother.
She grabbed a knife and stabbed the man in the chest. Without thinking for a long time, she ran to the neighbors and asked to call an ambulance. Where the suspect's roommate was at that time is not reported.
The woman explained the fatal wound by the fact that her husband's brother “himself fell on the knife”. The doctors who arrived on call stated the death of the 44-year-old man.
In the course of communication with the police, the woman confessed to the murder. It turned out that she had already served a sentence in places of deprivation of liberty before.
On this fact, proceedings were opened under clause 13, part 2 of article 115 (Intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
If the woman is proven guilty, she faces 10 to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
