LG engineers create a laptop with three touch screens

LG has patented a portable computer that has two additional screens. This is reported by the publication MySmartPrice.
The invention of the Korean company was found in the database of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The created prototype has, in addition to the main display, two additional ones located on both sides of the physical keyboard. Also, these screens act as a touchpad for cursor control and laptop functions.
Based on the images, the triple-screen laptop has a clear space between the keyboard and the main display. Journalists believe that Korean experts have shown an early prototype of the device: probably in the future it will be possible to place another screen, touchpad or powerful audio system in this niche.
Another distinctive feature of the conceptual gadget was called a special hinge that lifts the back of the device when the laptop is open. This improves ventilation of the device.
The application was filed in June 2020, but WIPO specialists approved and published the patent only at the end of 2021.
LG previously unveiled the first in its lineup gaming laptop. The LG UltraGear 17G90Q has a 17-inch screen, 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card, up to 32 gigabytes of RAM.
