LG's first UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop gets Intel Tiger Lake H processor

LG has released the first gaming laptop in its line of computers. This is reported by the publication Digital Trends.

The LG UltraGear 17G90Q is considered the brand's first laptop for gamers. The model is based on the 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H flagship processor, has an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card. The computer also received up to 32 gigabytes of DDR4 RAM and an NVMe SSD drive with a capacity of up to one terabyte.

The LG UltraGear 17G90Q also comes with a 17-inch 1080p IPS screen with up to 300 hertz refresh rates and one millisecond response time. The device has a body thickness of 21.4 millimeters and a weight of 2.7 kilograms.

The laptop for gamers has a RGB backlit keyboard for each key, three USB-C ports and two USB 3.2 ports, Ethernet and HDMI connectors. According to company representatives, users will be able to optimize the gameplay by tweaking various aspects related to real-time performance.

The cost of the LG laptop has not been disclosed. A full announcement of the device should take place at the January CES 2022 exhibition.

In early December, The Verge selected the best gaming laptops. Experts called the Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 computer for gamers as such.
