There was no stopping Robert Lewandowski

Defending champion Bayern Munich showed themselves in the third round of the Bundesliga in a goal mood, against Hertha BSC there was a 5-0 home win.

Bayern draw level with league leaders Bayer Leverkusen, with a 4-0 win against Berlin, Munich are at the top of the league with seven points. Müller (6th), Lewandowski in the triple pack (34th, 70th, 84th) and young star Musiala (49th) scored for the German record champions.

Hertha sought their salvation on the offensive, conceded the early 0: 1 in switching: Thomas Müller remained ice cold in front of the goal (6th), Robert Lewandowski let through beautifully. The Pole made the 2-0 himself, he dusted off in the 34th minute after his own bar header to make it 2-0.

The 18-year-old Jamal Musiala once again delivered a test of talent and recommended himself with his wonderful 3-0 (49th) for further starting XI appearances. 20 minutes before the end it was the turn of the duty scorer again, Lewandowski scored the 4-0 (70th) and 5-0 (84th) – again three goals for the Bayern clippers!
