Lego has officially unveiled the largest model in the history of its existence – a replica of the famous Titanic. When fully assembled, it reaches 1.35 meters. There are 11 695 parts in the constructor. Previously, the largest Lego constructor was the Colosseum, which consisted of 9,036 particles.
The company has shown an incredible level of detail. There are cargo cranes, swimming pools, lifeboats, promenades and multiple decks. Functional features are not lagging behind, for example, the anchors can be raised and lowered, and the cables between the masts can be manually pulled.
The model will split into three parts, but not because of what happened to the ship itself on the fateful night. The function is required to demonstrate a detailed cross-section of the ship. So, inside you can see the recognizable front staircase, a smoking room and even a boiler room.
The cost of the model will be about 50 thousand rubles. The constructor will go on sale on November 8.
