Legendary American singer, winner of 25 Grammy awards Stevie Wonder acquired a mansion in Los Angeles. The seller of the real estate was the prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Faisal al Saud, according to Dirt.
The mansion is located in the prestigious Bel Air area. Wonder gave almost $ 14 million (over a billion rubles) for him. The prince has owned the property since 2012, when he bought it for $ 13.3 million. Recently, before the sale, the prince's family did not live there – the mansion was rented out for $ 75,000 a month.
At the disposal of the singer was a mansion built in 2009. Its area reaches 1.8 thousand square meters. Inside there are 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a dining room, a library combined with a study, a living room, a spacious kitchen and several terraces. The plot also has a swimming pool surrounded by trees. The interior uses natural materials, including mahogany.
In June 2021, in the American city of Houston, Texas, a mansion was put up for sale, which was built in the 1980s for the Prince of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Faisal. The owners offered to buy the house for $ 19 million (at that time more than 1.3 billion rubles).
