Lebanese militants fired rockets at Israeli-occupied area
Unidentified militants operating in southern Lebanon fired rockets at the Israeli-occupied area, Al Hadath TV reported, citing sources in the Lebanese security forces.
The shells were fired from the Arkub area at the Shebaa farm area. The Israeli military responded by firing on Lebanese territory.
Sources in the Israeli army clarified that about ten rockets were launched from multiple launch rocket launchers. They were intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system.
According to the channel, rockets were also fired from the territory of the Syrian province of El-Quneitra towards the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
No casualties were reported in the incident.
