Moscow's reaction to the written responses from NATO and the EU has already been formulated, the text of the response takes ten pages of the document, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during a meeting with President Vladimir Putin. The broadcast was conducted by RBC.
“It is formulated on ten pages,” Lavrov said in response to the Russian President's question about the existence of a draft response to letters from Western representatives.
Earlier at the meeting, Lavrov said that Russia has the opportunity to agree with NATO on security guarantees in Europe. “But still, being the head of the Foreign Ministry, I must say that there is always a chance [to agree],” the diplomat said.
