Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on the content of the US response to Moscow’s proposals on security guarantees in Europe, noted: the response of the other side still allows us to count on a serious conversation, but it will concern secondary topics. His comment is published by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The primary topics for Moscow are the non-expansion of NATO to the east and the non-deployment of strike weapons in the immediate vicinity of the Russian borders.
