Latvia proposes to use frozen Russian assets to restore Ukraine

This refers to both government and individual funds.

Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics offered to use all frozen Russian assets for the restoration of Ukraine.

Rinkevics wrote about this on his Twitter.

“All frozen Russian assets, both government and individual, should be used for the post-war restoration of Ukraine,” said Rynkevichs.
