In southern India, large-scale flooding killed at least 30 people, about a hundred – disappeared, and thousands – were left without housing.

The natural disaster occurred in the state of Andgra Pradesh. “Constant torrential rains during the week led to flooding. Several villages were cut off from highways. This made it extremely difficult for the authorities to send emergency supplies and conduct rescue operations,” the newspaper said.
As a result of floods, many settlements have been flooded. Some of them are cut off from other cities, and also were left without electricity. The downpour caused many landslides. This destroyed houses and many infrastructure facilities.
It is noted that transport links are paralyzed in some settlements, the railway is blocked. That is why food, water and medical supplies are delivered by planes employed from the army and aviation. The military was involved in search and rescue operations in flooded villages.
In the US state of Washington, it was reported that heavy rains caused floods. Hundreds of people were forced to flee their homes due to bad weather. the interstate highway is blocked and the power supply is cut off. The state has declared a state of emergency, services are trying to eliminate the consequences of the disaster.
