Putin's speaker said that the Russian delegation is ready to send a delegation to Minsk.

The press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, February 25, said that the Kremlin was ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk to negotiate with Ukraine on its “neutral status”, referring to our state's refusal to join NATO.

This is reported by the Russian edition of RBC.

According to Peskov, representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Ministry and the presidential administration can participate in the negotiations on the Russian side.

Putin's speaker said that this is the Kremlin's reaction to Zelensky's proposal, which allegedly sounded in his recent address.

As you know, in fact, Zelensky in his address noted that Moscow is ready to talk with Ukraine about its neutral status, and Ukraine is not afraid of this conversation.

“We are not afraid to talk to Russia. We are not afraid to talk about security guarantees for our state. We are not afraid to talk about a neutral status,” the Ukrainian president assured.

Recall that the press secretary of the president of the aggressor country, Dmitry Peskov, said earlier that “Ukraine needs to be cleaned from the Nazis.”
