Kim Jong Un forced people to stand in the cold while he used hidden heaters

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un made hundreds of people freeze as he gave a long speech about his father Kim Jong Il. At the same time, Kim himself and his associates used heaters hidden under the stage, according to the Daily Mail.
While Kim Jong-un gave a 30-minute speech dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Kim Jong Il, the air temperature reached 15 degrees below zero. Those gathered all this time stood still, most without gloves, scarves or hats.
Some reporters, noticing a large bundle of wires running under the stage's red carpet, speculated that they led to heaters that were used to provide heat to the communist state's elite.
The honoring of Kim Jong-un's father was part of the first National Assembly since July 2019, postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pyongyang also hosted an evening gala concert and fireworks show. It was reported that foreign diplomats who were in the capital of the DPRK were invited to the celebration as a sign of the easing of covid restrictions.
Earlier in North Korea, a documentary was released on the activities of the country's leader in 2021. It was reported that the creators of the tape paid special attention to rumors about Kim Jong-un's health problems, which began to spread after his dramatic weight loss. The tape showed the moment how the emaciated leader of the DPRK struggled down the stairs during one of his trips. The voice-over explained that the politician was completely wasting away, as he was very worried, working to fulfill the dreams of his people.
