The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov said that the regional center is completely under the control of the Ukrainian administration.

According to him, the Russian military is absolutely demoralized. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police, the terrorist defense are working on the streets of the city, and the streets are being completely cleared of the enemy.
– Directly in Kharkov, leaving enemy equipment in the middle of the road, entire groups of 5-10 people surrender to Ukrainian troops. As soon as they see at least one representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they surrender,” Sinegubov notes.
According to him, the Russian soldiers taken prisoner talk about complete exhaustion, they have no connection with the central command, they do not understand and do not know their further actions.
– Since the beginning of the attack on Ukraine, they have not received food and water, the equipment has no fuel reserves. Leaving their positions, Russian fighters are trying to hide among the civilian population, asking people for clothes and food, the head of the Regional State Administration said.
As for the situation in the region, the city of Chuguev is completely under the control of the Ukrainian military, Ukrainian flags are on all administrative premises.
However, the offensive of Russian infidels continues in the direction of Lipetsk, Volchansk and Belgorod.
