Based on rumors and forecasts regarding the smartphone market, the journalists named the trends that will prevail on it until the end of the year. Experts believe that in 2021 there should be several smartphones with a front camera, which will be located under the screen. For the first time, a subscreen selfie camera appeared in the ZTE Axon 20 5G phone, but this solution has not yet been picked up by the rest of the players on the market.
Also, journalists believe that in the coming months, devices that support the fastest possible charging should appear. At the same time, the standard of power and speed should be the rate at which the gadget charges 100 percent in half an hour or faster. “Foldable phones will not fade into the background in 2021, quite the opposite,” experts say. In their opinion, so that such devices are not something special, manufacturers must solve a key problem – to strengthen the strength of bendable screens.
The material also says that devices without any holes should appear on the market in 2021. “Headphone jack is almost completely absent in smartphones, Apple released the latest generation of iPhone without a charger, and Samsung decided that we no longer need a microSD card slot,” the authors recalled. In their opinion, everything goes to the fact that this year there will be a device without connectors.
