Kevin de Bruyne received another award
Kevin de Bruyne has once again been voted the best footballer of the year in the English Premier League. The 29-year-old midfielder prevailed for the second time in a row in the election organized by the Association of Professional Footballers (PFA). Only Thierry Henry (Arsenal) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) had previously achieved this feat. The Belgian scored six goals and twelve assists in 25 league games for the champions.
The award has been given since the 1973/74 season.
