The Chechen deputies also adopted an amendment according to which the head of the Chechen Republic, that is, Kadyrov, ensures the territorial integrity of the Chechen Republic.
The scandalous head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, received the title of “father of the people” (in the Chechen language – “Mehk-Da”).The corresponding decision was made by the Chechen parliament, Russian propaganda media reported.
“The purpose of this change is to establish uniformity in the use of the title of the head of the region in the Chechen language, which is the state language in the Chechen Republic,” said Kadyrov's ally, Chairman of the Chechen Parliament Magomed Daudov, who was the initiator of this idea.
Also, the Chechen deputies adopted an amendment according to which the head of the Chechen Republic, that is, Kadyrov, ensures the territorial integrity of this republic.
Note that Mehk-Da is a historical title of the leaders of the Chechen people, who were elected from among the most authoritative elders on public assembly. Mehk-Da, for example, commanded the militia on the march and in defense against attack.
Previously, the head of Chechnya within the Russian Federation was called the president. But Putin demanded that the heads of subjects within the Russian Federation abandon this term. Therefore, since 2011, Kadyrov has been called not the president, but the head of the Chechen Republic.
From a fighter for independence to a traitor to his people
Recall that during the First Chechen War, together with his father, Ramzan Kadyrov was in the ranks of the fighters for the independence of Ichkeria. His father, Akhmat Kadyrov, served as the mufti of Ichkeria and was one of the leaders in the struggle for independence from the Russian Federation.
During the Second Chechen War, the Kadyrovs betrayed their people and went over to the side of Moscow. Now the territory of Chechnya is dominated by the dictatorial regime of Ramzan Kadyrov, who is completely subordinate to Putin.
According to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria abroad, Akhmed Zakayev, Ramzan Kadyrov is a drug addict and has been using some kind of pills for 15 years.
Recall that the Verkhovna Rada recognized the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria as temporarily occupied by Russia. Ichkeria is recognized by only one UN member state – Ukraine.
