Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov responded to the claims of human rights activists from Ingushetia, saying that he is not an enemy of either this republic or its people. The statement was published on the unofficial Instagram account of the Chechen leader.

“Ramzan is not an enemy of Ingushetia and the Ingush people. So, gentlemen, human rights activists, the so-called jackals, you will not be able to quarrel our peoples, ”Kadyrov said.
