A father of five children who did not serve in the army was mobilized in Russia in the army, although in accordance with the law, he must be exempt from conscription.

The message says that a man named Nikolai Mishchenko is the father of two children from his ex-wife and three – from the current one. Formally, they do not have the right to mobilize a man, because a delay is guaranteed for those who have at least four children under 16. And the oldest child Mishchenko is under 14 years old.

In addition, the Russian did not serve in the army. However, the local military registration and enlistment office ignored the instructions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, so the man was handed a summons.

Then Mishchenko went to sort things out with the administration, but left from there not home, but immediately to the collection point. And this is without any medical examinations. So, the man’s relatives were simply called and asked to bring a push-button telephone and things to the bus departing for the Naro-Fominsk educational program.
