Japanese scientist talks about the effects of exercise on aging
Japanese professor Hiroshi Hiraizumi believes that the lack of the necessary physical activity causes a feeling of aging, according to RIA Novosti.
He noted that now unexpected body pains can occur in many people due to remote work.
The scientist explained that sedentary lifestyles make the muscles running from the waist to the front of the hip joint, as well as the iliopsoas muscles, stiff and stress the lower back. To prevent this phenomenon, he recommended stretching regularly.
Hiraizumi emphasized that a few exercises before starting work will improve blood circulation and activate muscle metabolism, which will subsequently help slow down the aging process.
Recall that earlier scientists named products that help fight age-related changes.
