Japan reacted to the new rocket launch of the DPRK

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida called it regrettable that the DPRK continues to conduct missile tests. So he reacted to the new launch of an unidentified shell by North Korea towards the Sea of Japan, TASS reports.

According to him, Tokyo continues to analyze information about the launch carried out by the DPRK, but so far it cannot provide accurate data on the place of the fall, the altitude of the rocket flight and other details.

On January 5, the South Korean Armed Forces reported that the DPRK had fired an unidentified shell towards the Sea of Japan. According to the Japanese Coast Guard, the DPRK launched a ballistic missile. The agency warned fishing vessels to be careful not to approach the wreckage. An emergency headquarters has been set up under the Japanese government to collect information about the launch.

The last time the DPRK conducted missile tests was last fall.
