US President Donald Trump announced that progress has been made in the Russian-Ukrainian war and said that he plans to reach an agreement with Ukraine on access to Ukrainian rare earth resources.
He said this in the Oval Office during a conversation with reporters.

At the same time, the US President said that he is interested in reaching an agreement with Ukraine on access to Ukrainian rare earth metals in order to then provide Kyiv with military aid.
