The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance noted that NATO allies did not provide Ukraine with the assistance that they had previously promised. At the same time, the United States will provide funding to Ukraine within a few months.
Moreover, European ammunition supplies are far below the levels they previously promised to provide. According to him, such delays have negative consequences for our state.
As Stoltenberg noted, this left Ukraine lacking air defense systems, which allowed Russian missiles and drones to hit targets. In particular, the Ukrainian defenders lacked long-range missiles, which allowed the occupiers to concentrate more forces.
