“It's not 300 thousand and the mobilization is not partial, but complete”: Arestovich spoke about conscription in Russia

In fact in Russia, full mobilization was announced, despite the fact that the authorities call it partial. Despite the announced plans to recruit 300 thousand people into the army, in fact, no one in the Russian Federation will be able to control the real number of those mobilized.

Russia's total losses in the war against Ukraine amount to 150 thousand people, so that they decided to call in a “double set” of troops.

Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich told about this in a conversation with Russian opposition leader, lawyer and lawyer Mark Feigin.

“You understand why 300 thousand declared? Although it’s not 300 thousand and the mobilization is not partial, but complete, in fact, that’s what they called it. Not a single Russian citizen will be able to control, but how many were really called up – 300, 305, 320, 340, 360 and so on. But this figure is very simple. They have cumulative losses – under 150 (thousands – ed.) and they simply call for a double set. At the same time, they have already written off 150 thousand in advance, and another 150,000 must win“, Arestovich explained.

On Remember, on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization. According to the country's Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, as part of the mobilization, it is planned to recruit 300 thousand people into the army.
