Ukraine will soon receive Mirage 2000 aircraft from France, the first of which will be provided in early 2025.
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel announced this at a press conference.
France will continue to provide support to Ukraine, the minister assured.
“Our assistance is provided in specific examples. Regarding the defense sector, we provide Ukraine with equipment and military equipment. Also, France is the first country that is training an entire brigade, this is the Anna Kievskaya brigade. The first Mirage 2000 aircraft will be provided to Ukraine early next year,” the minister said.
He said that France also plans to organize training for pilots who will fly the new Mirage 2000 aircraft.
Recall that earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced a “major missile program” for Ukraine.
