Musk shared how he uses one question to assess how candidates handle difficult situations.
American billionaire Elon Musk said that during each interview he asks one important question that helps him check the honesty candidates.
Unilad writes about this.
Elon Musk said that during interviews, he does not focus on the candidates' qualifications, but asks one question. He asks: “What difficult problems have you dealt with, how did you solve them, and what decisions did you make at critical moments?” This allows him to evaluate how candidates cope with difficulties and make important decisions.
He explained that the answers to this question usually give him “a very good feeling about the candidate” and help determine whether the person has real achievements. He also noted that in this way it is possible to detect whether the candidate is lying, because he is looking for evidence of exceptional ability to overcome complex problems and to make sure that the achievements really belong to this person, and not to someone else.
Recall that American billionaire Elon Musk took part in a recent conversation between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky.
