The founder of the Sputnik and Pogrom project, blocked in Russia, Yegor Prosvirnin, who died when he fell from a window in a house in central Moscow, was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident. This was reported by TASS with reference to a law enforcement source.

It became known that 35-year-old Prosvirnin and his family rented an apartment on the fourth floor of a house on Tverskoy Boulevard. “According to preliminary data, at the time of the incident he was under drug influence,” said the agency's interlocutor.

Earlier, the head of the political movement “Society. Future” Roman Yuneman said that in the last days of the journalist's life he did not notice anything unusual in his behavior. “I saw him two weeks ago, he was in quite normal working order,” the politician said.

In the afternoon of December 27, it was reported that a naked man fell out of the window of a multi-storey building on Tverskaya Street in Moscow and died before the ambulance arrived. Some eyewitnesses claimed that the deceased had a knife in his hands. The relatives identified the body and said that the deceased was Yegor Prosvirnin. Information about his death was confirmed to journalists by his wife Marina and lawyer Matvey Tsen.
