Israel responds to Iranian threats with 'war of annihilation'

In Israel they made it clear that threats will not stop the operation against Hezbollah.

In the Ministry Foreign Affairs Israel responded to Iran's threats to launch a “war of extermination” during the IDF military operation against the Hezbollah group in Lebanon.

Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz made it clear that such threats will not stop his country.

He regarded the statement of the Iranian representation at the UN about the “full involvement of all resistance fronts” against Israel as a threat.

“Iran today threatens to destroy Israel if Israel fully responds to Hezbollah attacks from Lebanon,” Katz said.

The diplomat noted that Iran's message of a “war of annihilation” makes it worthy of destruction.

In addition, Israel stated that if Hezbollah does not cease fire and withdraw from southern Lebanon, then the Israeli side will “act against it with full force until security is restored and the residents will be able to return to their homes.”

“A regime that threatens destruction deserves destruction,” Katz wrote online.

Recall that it was previously reported that Iran threatened Israel with a “war of annihilation” and the involvement of all resistance in the event of an attack on Lebanon.

In addition, we previously reported that Hezbollah is threatening to defeat Israel and attack Cyprus.
