Israeli soldiers discovered a large amount of weapons in the basement of a children's hospital in Gaza City.
The Israeli military has shared videos and photos of what it says are weapons Hamas stored in the basement of a pediatric children's hospital that specializes in treating cancer patients in the Gaza Strip. According to them, hostages were also kept there.
Reuters writes about this.
According to Defense Army spokesman Daniel Hagari, there are also indications that the hostages taken on October 7 in Israel may have been kept in the basement of a clinic in Rantis. A makeshift toilet, a small kitchen, and ropes that could be used to tie people to chairs were discovered there.
Hagari called the area a Hamas command and control center.
“Hamas took control of this entire area and waged its war against the Israelis from this hospital,” he said.
Israeli troops also found a motorcycle with gunshot marks that it said was used to transport hostages to Gaza.
Let us remind you that Netanyahu does not rule out an agreement with Hamas on the exchange of hostages.
