As the head of the defense department noted, the IDF discovered “important findings” at Shifa Hospital. But he didn’t specify what exactly he was talking about.
“The operation continues and is carried out clearly, selectively, but very decisively,” Galant said.
The IDF has completed its capture of western Gaza City, he adds, and has cleared the area of all Hamas militants and assets.
“The next stage has begun,” Gallant concluded with restraint.
Let us remind you that the Israel Defense Forces announced that they had established operational control over the port of Gaza. The area was used by Hamas as a training base for its naval forces.
