It was loud in Iran last night as the Israeli army attacked strategic targets.
On the night of June 21, Israel launched a new wave of missile attacks on Iran. Explosions occurred in several Iranian cities.
The Israel Defense Forces reported this, CNN writes.
“The air force has launched a wave of attacks on missile storage and launch infrastructure in central Iran,” the statement said.
In particular, explosions occurred in the central Iranian city of Isfahan, where the country's largest nuclear research complex is located.
There was also a lot of noise in the city of Qom, located near Iran's secret Fordow fuel enrichment plant.
Recall that IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said that an attack on Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant would result in “a very high release of radioactivity” that would affect people within a radius of hundreds of kilometers from the plant. This would require evacuation, iodine intake, and dietary restrictions.
Meanwhile, Iran has set the US a condition for resuming nuclear talks as long as Israel continues to strike it. Tehran says it sees no point in negotiations because Washington remains an “accomplice to crimes.”
