Israel announced the elimination of the deputy head of the Hamas rocket forces.
The IDF said that during strikes on the Gaza Strip on the night of October 22, the deputy chief of the Hamas rocket forces and dozens of other militants were killed.

“We are intensifying attacks in the Gaza Strip to reduce threats to our forces in preparation for the next phase of the war,” an Israeli army spokesman said.
He also added that Israel will begin the next phase of the operation “in the best conditions for the IDF and in accordance with the decision of the political echelon.”
Let us recall that Israel attacked the underground complex of the Al-Ansar mosque, where a terrorist attack was being prepared.
