– Now it is already known that 80% of the city of Irpen has been liberated, he noted.
According to him, from Wednesday, March 23, the police began to work in the city.
And today, Russian troops fired at Irpin from Gradov. Mayor of the city Alexander Markushin showed a fragment from a shell in the video.
In the late evening of March 22, the Russian invaders used prohibited phosphorus munitions near Irpen.
The use of such weapons by enemies against civilians is a crime against humanity and a violation of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
