The country avoids any action that could lead to further escalation in Ukraine.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein-Amir Abdollahian said his country is avoiding any actions that could lead to further escalation in Ukraine, including the supply of military equipment.
He spoke about this in an interview with the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
“We have defense agreements with Russia, but we will not help any of the parties involved in this conflict (wars – ed. .)”, the Foreign Minister said.
Recall that the White House said on July 11 that Russia could ask Iran to provide it with hundreds of unmanned aerial vehicles, including those capable of carrying weapons, for Spanish use in the war against Ukraine.
