According to Magen David Adom (Israel's ambulance service – ed.), there were no casualties at the time of publication.
Recall that US and Israeli officials said they were preparing to meet an Iranian attack after Israeli troops launched a ground invasion of southern Lebanon against the Hezbollah paramilitary group. The United States said it was ready to help defend the country.
